Rental Agent)-Access complex contact detailsOwners:Access Body Corporate information related to meetings and legal requirements for your complexTrustees / Directors:Access all Body Corporate information related to the following:-Finance (Budgets, Bank Statements, Supplier Invoices, Management Reports, etc,)-Meetings (Notices and Minutes)-Insurance-Rules and Legislation -Sections and LayoutsProperty Investors:Access consolidated summaries related to the following:-All levy accounts within portfolio-All rental/tenant account balances in real time-Prepaid utility vending accountsUser notes-----------This application is available for anyone to download, but your property must be situated within a Body Corporate or Home Owners Association managed by ANGOR Property Specialists (Pty) Ltd.
If you are an owner or a property investor and your property is managed by ANGOR you then have the option of either registering on the ANGOR website (www.angor.co.za) or registering directly with the Owner application.
